Dante Maranise is entering the season with a clear purpose: help Destiny Christian Academy compete for a section title while continuing to build the kind of culture that can define a team.
A Class of 2027 outfielder and center fielder, Maranise believes this year’s group is bringing a different level of energy, mindset and leadership into the season. As one of the team’s upperclassmen, he sees an opportunity for Destiny Christian to create a stronger atmosphere and raise the standard throughout the program.
Maranise says the team is hungry to compete and committed to working for one another. That team-first mentality has become a major part of what makes this group special, as players push to build a winning culture and make the season one to remember.
Along with his goals for the team, Maranise is focused on continuing to develop as a player. He hopes to compete at the next level and eventually play college baseball, but for now, his priority is helping Destiny Christian chase something bigger together.
With leadership, determination and a vision for what this team can become, Maranise is looking to play an important role in helping Destiny Christian Academy make this season special
