For Eddie Trimuel, joining Kennedy’s football program was an opportunity to help build something. The running back and free safety chose Kennedy because the program was rebuilding, and he wanted to contribute to its next chapter.
“I came to Kennedy because they were rebuilding the program,” Trimuel said.
His priority is teamwork. As Kennedy works to move forward, Trimuel wants to bring a team-first approach to the field and be part of a group that grows together.
“I want to bring teamwork to the table,” he said.
Playing running back and free safety gives Trimuel opportunities to contribute on both sides of the ball. But his ambitions extend beyond simply filling a position. He wants his time in the program to mean something—and he has a specific vision for how people will remember him.
“I want people to remember me as the best person to rock out number 6 in the program,” Trimuel said.
That goal gives his Kennedy journey a personal purpose. As the program builds its future, Trimuel hopes to help shape it, leaving a standard for the next player who pulls on his number.
